The building was originally designed in 1946 by Paul Hedqvist for Scandinavian Airlines SAS. The conversion has resulted in a hotel with 210 rooms and a large conference facility. The Common Office has, based on Paul Hedqvists architecture and early modernism travel as a phenomenon, developed and implemented the interior concept for the hotel.
Hotel carpets have been designed in collaboration with Research and Development who also designed the graphic identity for the hotel.
